First impressions count and therefore all officers are trained in customer care and encouraged to complete an NVQ 2 in Customer Care to enhance the skills they receive as part of the initial training. Officers are provided with the right equipment to do the job this includes but is not limited to, radios’ torches, patrol systems etc. Officers are required to make check calls during their shift to ensure their safety.

Your corporate image is safe in our hands. All Officers are provided with the right equipment to carry out their duties effectively and their image is paramount to us. The Officers receive full training – Fire Awareness – Management of access and egress points – Patrolling and Reception duties are amongst some.

Our Officers can offer a wide range of support services, including searches, visitor logs, key control or perimeter patrols.
