Advantage One’s ONE CALL service provides a range of mobile response services, throughout the day and night, including alarm monitoring. We can liaise with the Police and your alarm supplier, to repair a fault, or re-secure your premises… All from ONE CALL!

Depending on your requirements, ONE CALL can deploy a uniformed officer in a high profile vehicle to attend your premises in response to either a pre-arranged schedule, or to an alarm response, whether it is an intruder, or a status alarm. This eliminates the risk to your employee who may otherwise have been required to attend.

Accurate data regarding our visits can be provided, including inspection reports and officer movement records.

Our key holding service runs alongside ONE CALL. We work in line with BS7984 and ensure that we are able to manage your key holding requirements effectively.

ONE CALL will allocate an officer to your premises upon an alarm activation, in a high profile vehicle which will eliminate the risk to your employees, who may originally, would have to attend.

If we also able to control your alarm monitoring ,we can liaise with the Police and your alarm supplier, to repair a fault, re-secure, or just lock and un-lock your premises…
