Store Detective

Our plain-clothed, undercover store detectives are highly trained by our own in-house trainers in techniques for the detection and apprehension of those shoplifting from our customers stores.

These covert operatives target those who steal from your premises and can help recover the cost borne by you, by issuing a civil claim on those arrested, through our own Civil Recovery scheme, created in conjunction with BPE.

Covert Operatives

Covert Operatives are used by Advantage One to gather information for internal theft. This can be done by electronic surveillance, or through an operative being placed into deep cover.

We can provide an officer to work as part of your team, posing as an employee to gather intelligence for any purpose you may require. This evidence will be provided to you in statement form, along with any gathered through electronic means.

Our internal Investigators can carry out compliance checks on procedures, whether it is for Health and Safety, test purchasing, or for security reasons.
